We're an introducer service connecting enquiries with regulated solicitors — we are not a law firm and don't provide legal advice ourselves.
When you submit an enquiry we collect your name, phone number, the category of your enquiry, and any details you choose to add in the free-text field. Depending on the page, we may also collect a business name, approximate company size, notice or hearing dates, employer name, or an approximate date of incident/treatment.
We use your data to review your enquiry, pass it to a relevant solicitor in our network, and to follow up with you about it. We do not use it for any automated decision-making about your legal matter.
We share your enquiry details with the regulated solicitor we introduce you to, so they can contact you about your matter. We do not sell your personal data.
Enquiry data is stored in a Google Sheet accessible only to authorised Solicitor Book staff, and is retained for as long as reasonably necessary to handle your enquiry and any resulting matter.
